We understand that sometimes an item might not meet expectations. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward, no-cost return process that gives you full peace of mind. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return — no questions asked.

To get started, send an email to our support team at info@tynuo.com. Include your order number, the reason you’re returning the item, and confirm that the product is unused and in its original condition. Once we receive your request, our support team will respond promptly with instructions and a prepaid return label — meaning you won’t have to pay anything to return your item.

After the label is sent, simply package the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest return location.

For your convenience, we accept returns at addresses in both our destination and origin regions:

Our return policy exists for one reason: to build trust. Whether it’s a change of heart or a sizing issue, we make the process as smooth as possible so you always feel confident shopping with us.

From the moment your order is confirmed, our logistics team gets to work. Each service site processes orders within 1 to 5 business days, depending on product category and demand. This ensures each package is handled with care while maintaining the momentum of fast delivery.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a fully stocked inventory — every item listed is readily available and stored in our fulfillment facilities. This allows us to avoid delays and surprises; if you see it, we have it.

To efficiently handle global deliveries, we partner with CNE Express, a reputable third-party logistics provider based in China. Their network expertise ensures your package moves through customs and carriers smoothly, no matter the destination.

Shipping times will vary based on your region and local delivery services, but most customers receive their orders within 3 to 14 business days from dispatch. As soon as your parcel leaves our hands, we provide tracking information so you can monitor its journey in real-time.

Our shipping promise is simple: we handle the logistics so you don’t have to worry — no guesswork, no missing items, just smooth and timely delivery
